PAYMENT & SHIPPING

For orders placed with the bannigfein.-onlineshop, the prices stated on the respective article page at the time of your order shall apply. The prices are final prices including the statutory VAT of 19% plus shipping costs. These will be charged separately for your order and displayed during the checkout process. Delivery is made throughout Germany and to countries of the customs territory of the European Union.


SHIPPING COSTS

We ship our goods with DHL. In exceptional cases, delivery by a forwarding agent is necessary. The shipping costs for parcel delivery are a flat rate of € 6.00 within Germany and € 18.00 when shipping to EU countries.  From a value of goods of 750,00 € (Germany) or 1500,00 € (EU) we do not charge shipping costs.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart. Should it be necessary for us to split the delivery into several shipments due to the shape and size of the products, only one shipment will be charged.

If you wish to ship to a country outside the customs territory of the EU, please contact us at service@bannigfein.com.


DELIVERY

Deliveries are made within the delivery area to the delivery address provided by you. We will dispatch the goods as soon as the invoice amount has been credited in full to our account. The average delivery time for orders in the bannigfein.-onlineshop varies and is indicated on the respective article page. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as the goods have left our warehouse and have been handed over to DHL.

PAYMENT

We have chosen MOLLIE as our payment partner for all online payments in the bannigfein.-shop. MOLLIE processes online payments for webshops and other organisations and is one of the leading Payment Service Providers (PSP) in Europe. MOLLIE was founded in 2004 in the Netherlands and is headquartered in Amsterdam with additional offices in Belgium, France and Germany in Munich and Kiel. MOLLIE only manages the payment service and is not responsible for shipping or delivering products. For more information about the MOLLIE payment platform, please visit their website.

You can choose between the following payment methods during the ordering process:

RERTURNS

If our products do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us free of charge. You will find all  important details on returning goods in the cancellation policy.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE & COMPLAINTS

Your ordered products are carefully packed in our company and checked for shipment. However, damage that may occur during transport cannot be ruled out. We therefore ask you to check your delivery for completeness and any transport damage on receipt.


MEASURES IN CASE OF TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If, despite all due care, transport damage has occurred, we recommend that you do not accept the goods or that you sign the delivery bill with the remark "subject to reservation". In order for us to be able to send you a flawless item quickly, please report the damage in writing as soon as possible, preferably within 4 days, both to the delivery company and to our customer service at service@bannigfein.com.
